Danger Com 6 Bad Intent (danger.com) Review

In "Bad Intent" The story begins when an anonymous e-mailer sends a very rhetorical message from an e-mail address to Bloomfield High. The Stranger is only known as Lone Lobo. He informs them of an upcoming trial involving their high school football team, Wolverines, for the murder of their coach. Following a highly publicized investigation several suspects that were in a notorious gang known as The 24 Point Club were detained for questioning. Brains sends her a key chain with a note that scares her. This is just one of many episodes of intimidation. Mal who is Brains friend attempts to frame him by planting evidence, which would point to him. Emily has a secret crush on Brian. Emily starts to figure that Mal is hiding something important when she discovers him ransacking her locker. Emily is pushed over a catwalk by Mal she starts to interfere in his plans Towards the end Brian discovers the real killer by decoding the messages. He confronts Mal and is threatened with a gun. He too is in danger and attempts to talk his way out of. Becoming the next victim. They make a pact not to reveal Mal's part in the coach's death and pretend to be innocent of any knowledge or wrongdoing.

Other readers mentioned how exciting they found this novel for reasons linked to their use and love of surfing the Internet. I also enjoy surfing under a few different aliases and admit to being freer in my comments than I would if I were face to face or on the telephone. Some especially enjoyed it because it reminded them of a secret crush that was never reciprocated.

There's quiet mild mannered Brian who joins a drama club in hopes of getting the attention from a fabulously rich, stunning cheerleader named Dawn. He is obsessed with being noticed and admired by everyone but when his alter ego gets in the way it's a nasty stand off and a lot of people get hurt and cheated. Brain's alter ego surfaces and embarrasses a lot of people by spreading rumors. For instance there was an election in which Brain ran against Jason P. He thought he would win it by a landslide but as usual the jock athlete won. So Brain's alter ego had spread a malicious rumor that hinted at steroid use fully knowing that it would question his credibility.

I really liked this novel. I think he is brilliant; Jordan Cray has interesting way of developing the plot by using twists, pauses and stops. If you like novels with. A Thrill Jordan is whom you should read. Surfing on the net gives the freedom to be a different person, to mask your insecurities, act out your fantasies without the fear of discovery but can sometimes cause problems. I think the book is worth buying!

Danger Com 6 Bad Intent (danger.com) Overview

The Internet...a world without rules, without boundaries. Where you can be anyone you want, whoever you aren't. And it's all just a click away...

Words -- they can be so powerful. Brian Rittenhouse knows all about words. He knows you have to choose them carefully if you want people to like you. Sometimes Brian wishes he were more like LoneLobo, the coolest surfer on his high school net. Lobo lets his words rip, and doesn't care what damage they do. It's a riot to watch him in action -- unless you're his target.

Only Brian can stop Lobo's cruelty, because they actually have more in common that most people realize. The only problem is, Brian's not sure he wants to.

Different people in different places. The one thing they have in common is a new address on the Internet: danger.com. Where all your fears come true.

Danger.com is about a high school girl who is very popular. Her name is camille and she starts talking to a guy who is a hacker and ends up in a bad situition. There are three main charactars in this story. Camilee, Mina, and the hacker. Camille and Mina have been friends since kindergarden and separate in high school because Camille starts hanging out with the cooler kids. When Camille wants to met this guy from the computer she suddenly wants to be friendly again because she was the only person she could trust. They went and met this guy any way, he turns out to be a stalker of a movie star who Camille looked like. I don't hink they should've went but they had to be bold and did it. At the end the stalker gets arrested and the two go back to being friends again. I highly recommend this story it was a book that defintly caught my attention.

First off, don't read the back of this book. It does not accurately describe the storyline. It's actually a lot better than what was said there! It's actually about a kid, named Brian Rittenhouse, who is attempting to avoid geek classification by running for school president. LoneLobo, an anonymous poster on the school Message Boards, is "the coolest guy at Bloomfield High, and that's saying something." Now, obviously, people want to find out who this person is. At the same time, a trial is going on. Four of the school's football players apparently went crazy and turtured a few of their fellow students. They were caught after police found evidence of their murdering the school coach, Coach Cappistrano (nicknamed "Cappy"). The ringleader of the gang (called The 24 Point Club (The name was never figured out)) was never caught, and police think think there is still a murderer walking free. Brian's dream girl, Dawn Sedaris, is obsessed with finding out Lobo's identity, and Brian, of course, accepts to help her, but he is jealous because she wants Lobo, and is just using Brian. He tries to swing her opinion by dropping ideas such as "maybe Lobo IS the leader", and after he sets her up to meet Lobo (who doesn't show), he tries to make it look like Lobo has singled Dawn out to be the next "victim", as if Lobo was indeed the leader, and sends her a keychain dyed black with a note saying "someday you will die.", which was the 24 Pt. Club tradition of warning their victims before attacking. This causes general panic among the school. It never quite dies down, since the police are now convinced that there is another murderer. At this point, a major revelation is revealed. I'm not going to give away the story, read it yourself, folks! But if you want, I'll drop two hints: 1, Brian has something major in common with Lobo, and they actually team up later, and 2, The killer is closer to Brian than he realises. These were, of course, trick hints that bend the truth without breaking it... READ THIS BOOK! I certainly hope I've gotten you hyped up about it enough. Ciao.

Bad Intent-my opinion - Birgit Grundler - Osnabrück/Niedersachsen, Germany
I think this book is not so good. Although it was exciting, in the end I was disappointed. This ending didn't pleased me!!! Also I don't like Bryan's character. In the beginning I thought he was nice and kind, but after all he seemed to be VERY unscrupulous. I don't understand why he and Viola covered Mal. Okay, in this moment he was dangerous but after they had planned everything, Bryan and Viola should have gone to the police.
